manchester mental health service
The mental health service works in partnership with black and minority ethnic housing associations and other voluntary organisations in the Manchester area. We provide a floating support service predominantly to black and minority ethnic people of all ages, who are experiencing mental health issues. The service currently supports more than fifty clients.You can download a referral form here.
manchester irish service
The Manchester Irish service supports single Irish men who are experiencing issues around alcohol and/or homelessness. The service was set up in 2006 as a pilot by Manchester Supporting People. We currently supports twenty clients through the Irish service.You can download a referral form here.
manchester dementia support service
The dementia support service supports older people who are beginning to show the early signs of dementia. The service started operation as pilot by Manchester Supporting People in October 2007. Cuts in Supporting People funding threatened the future of the service, but we were successful in securing fresh funding through Manchester's Directorate of Adult Services. The service now supports more than forty older people across the city.You can download a referral form here.
